postage costs
For UK mainland delivery, postage and packing is included in the price. How easy is that? For international delivery, it'll cost a little bit extra, because our lobsters will have to crawl a bit further under the sea and we have to feed 'em up to be nice and strong for the journey.
So to Europe, lobsterfone mini incurs a £2 addition, and lobsterfone maxi £3.
To all other international locations, lobsterfone mini is £3 extra and lobsterfone maxi £4.
delivery
As each lobsterfone is hand-assembled, there may be fluctuations in the order period. If it is an urgent order, you are advised to contact us directly to confirm the delivery period.
If a longer-than-usual despatch period is expected, we will advertise the product as a back-ordered item.
Orders will be despatched 1st Class Royal Mail, postage and packing is included in the product price. For large orders, a special postage rate may be arranged by prior arrangement; please contact us for more information.
cancellation and returns
Cancellation: As long as your lobsterfone.com order has not yet been despatched, you will not be charged for your order. If it has been despatched, we request return of the item (unopened and you must pay the postage) and a refund of the product will be given.
Returns: If you choose to return your lobsterfone product (i.e. unwanted and in original condition), you may do so WITHIN 14 DAYS of despatch and receive a refund of the product's value. However, you must pay the postage to have the item returned.
In either case, contact us as soon as possible to discuss the return of the item.
